We at Nature Scent are committed to providing you a friendly, secure and easy shopping experience. Browse over our site and add your selected items to the shopping cart by clicking the “Buy” button. When you feel ready to check out, just click the “Checkout” button and follow the easy instructions that guide you through the checkout process. Click on Submit for the final step in the checkout process in order to send us your orders data. Once your order is processed, you will see a confirmation page supplying you with your order number. In addition, we will send you an e-mail that confirms your order.
 
When will my package be shipped?
Once your order is approved by our credit card processing company, which can take up to 48 hours, we notify our shipping department to ship your order. You will be notified by email along with the tracking number immediately when your package is sent. You can also view the status of your order online by logging into your account
 
What Are Your Shipping Policies?
We ship to almost every country you can think of. We offer you a choice between two reliable shipping methods: 1. Registered air mail- via this shipping method your order will be delivered within 10 to 14 business days. For this shipping method customer will be charged 10$ for shipping. 2. Express EMS Shipping, via this shipping method your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days. This method allows the costumer to trace his shipment at any time by offering a tracking number for the order. For this shipping method customer will be charged 18$ for shipping.
 
Are there any taxes?
We can not be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future expenses and taxes if there will be any, in his country.
 
What payments method you accept?
At the moment we accept only Visa and Diners credit cards.

What is your return policy?
Usually, other cosmetic companies do not accept returns. However, we at Nature Scent want to provide you with the best customer service therefore, we will accept returns that will arrive in our offices within 21 days from the day the transaction was made according to the order records. In order to qualify for a refund, items should be shipped back to our offices in their original package only and in a selling condition (sealed and unopened). Please be sure to enclose a letter that specifies your name, valid contact information, your order number, the exact reason you are unhappy with the product and wish to exchange it.
